The first PS5 login decides whether an existing account can be linked.
An existing Gryphline Account can be linked only through the prompt shown before that PSN account enters the game for the first time. After the PSN account enters the game another way, only a never-registered email can be linked in User Center. Progress appears across platforms only on the same server.

What this checker can decide
It separates two questions that are easy to mix up: whether this exact PSN account is still eligible to link the intended Gryphline Account, and whether the progress you want is on the same server as PS5. It does not change an account or send account details anywhere.
- Existing-account eligibility depends on what happened during the first PS5 login.
- User Center can link an email only when that email has never registered a Gryphline Account.
- Same-server progress is shared across PC, Android, iOS and PS5 after an eligible link.
- PS5 server assignment follows the PSN account region and cannot currently be selected manually.
FAQ
Can I link an existing Gryphline Account before my first PS5 login?
Yes. If that PSN account has never entered Arknights: Endfield, the official first-login prompt can link an existing Gryphline Account after you accept the user agreement.
Can I link it after this PSN account has already entered the game?
Not to another already-registered Gryphline Account. After the PSN account enters the game without completing that existing-account link, User Center only accepts an email that has never registered a Gryphline Account.
What happens if I skipped the first PS5 linking prompt?
The official FAQ says the prompt will not return after Skip or Quick Login. You can still link a never-registered email in User Center, but not another existing Gryphline Account.
Can I link an email that has never registered a Gryphline Account?
Yes. On PS5, open Settings, Platform & Account, User Center, then Link Email. That email becomes the Gryphline login for the PS5-created progress.
Why is my PC or mobile progress missing on PS5 after linking?
Progress is shared across supported platforms only on the same server. PS5 assigns its server from the PSN account region and does not currently allow manual server selection.
